FINCA GRANDMOTHER'S JEWELS GUIMAR, FIFTEEN MINUTES FROM CANDELARIA ON THE SOUTH EAST COAST.  25 minutes from tenerife south airport, the nearest town to the houses is Guimar, 7 minutes away, an old mountain town. 15 minutes to the popular seaside town of Candelaria, with its beaches, promenade, bars and restaurants.  There are one, two and three bedroom houses on this finca, with a large communal pool in the centre shared between the three detached houses.

Casa Esmeralda, a one bedroom converted barn,(this property can also be used as a two bedroom, 2 ensuite, as it has an extension that can be closed off when not in use) with an ideal location just above the large communal gated pool.   The house has a huge lounge, kitchen diner of approx 60 metres, and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.  The house is built of local bricks in a french gite style, there are large windows with shutters to keep out the sun if required.  The house is detached and benefits from a very large patio area with large brick built barbeque and the ocean views from the terrace are wonderful.  The large terrace is infront of the grapevines - 325 pounds per week.  Sleeps 2 people.  If used as two bed two bath price is 375 pounds per week.
