The villa is 300 metres, built around a central atrium, abundant with geraniums and cactii, large lounge with bar, dining area with marble dining table. A kitchen finished in mahogany with another glass table for 4. The kitchen has access to both the pool area and central atrium, as does the lounge and master bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, a master bathroom finished and black and white, office and laundry.
The villa is set on a finca which grows grapes, mangoes, oranges, mandarins has fabulous views and is only 100 metres above sea level. Just above the large cosmopolitan town of Candelaria on the south east coast. With its famous church and old town and the newer part of town with shopping centre and promenade with many restaurants and bars of international cuisine. A reduction of 100 pounds is made for parties of 4 or less. If the lower price is paid the 4th bedroom will be shut off. However this reduction is not made during school holiday dates.
