AN EMAIL RESERVATION MADE BY A GUEST WITH PAYMENT ONLINE OR BANK TRANSFER INDICATES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
a deposit of 30% of the total value of the holiday is required. Balance payment 8 weeks prior to arrival in tenerife or on arrival in tenerife.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
these must be made at least 8 weeks before the start of the holiday - refunds can only be made when the accommodation is re-let. Any monies paid will be refunded on reletting the said weeks, excluding 25 pounds administration fee.
Telephone - email booking will be held for 3 days pending receipt of a deposit.
Acknowledgement of deposit and direction details will be sent by email on receipt of your deposit payment. Full payment for the holiday must be received 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement date.
the person making the booking agrees to take good care of the property and to be responsible for the cost of any damage, breakages and exceptional cleaning and to leave the property in a tidy state. We do not require monies as security damage, we trust our guests will enjoy their stay and take good care of our property.
The owners reserve the right to reasonable access by themselves or by their employees and workmen to the property.
The person making the booking agrees to the conditions herein on behalf of all persons staying in the property and he or she must be one of the party occupying the property.
In the event of a complaint the visitor must immediately notify the owner and every reasonable effort will be made to rectify the complaint. No compensation will be made or correspondence entered into in connection with the complaint raised after the property has been vacated.
Loss of services, i.e. water or electricity does not deem the property unhabitable and the owner will make every effort to restore the services within 4 hours, dealing directly with the suppliers of water and electricity.
In the case of overbooking (which is extremey rare) an alternative property will be offered, on another finca, to an equal or better standard, but the visitor shall have no further claim against the owner of the property.
Acceptance of a booking reservation by the owner confers upon the visitors the right to stay in the property within the meaning of holiday let holiday rental for one or two week duration
If there has been any breach of the conditions the owners may re enter the property asking the visitors to vacate the property and terminate this agreement without prejudice to the other rights and remedies of the owner.
Insurance - it is recommended that prospective visitors take out an insurance, health and cancellation, when booking this holiday.
The owners take no responsibility for children left unattended by their parents in the swimming pool area, gardens or property. NO DIVING AT ANY TIME, THE POOL IS NOT DEEP ENOUGH.
The owners cannot accept liability for airline delays or cancellation of flights
The properties are not suitable for hen or stag parties or rowdy groups.
LIABILITY. Finquita Oasis Mango, The owners or its authorized representative, neither owner nor its agents shall be liable to any reguest for damages or loss arising from the admission, exclusion or ejection of any person to or from the property. Neither the villa owner or its agents shall be held liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out any theft, accident, injury, death, damage, delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not arising by the negligence of the property owner or its agents, and the guests hereby waive any and all such liability. A confirmed reservation by email constitutes notice to booking guests of these exclusionary terms and unless booking guests cancels within 48 hours of an email confirmation, they are deemed to have read and agreed to the booking conditions.
This waiver extends to people visiting the villa as guest of the client(s).
The owners or agents will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, technical/weather, problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owner's or agent's control.
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT CLIENTS TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER CANCELLATION AND ANY OTHER LOSSES, WHICH MAY OCCUR. ALSO HEALTH INSURANCE IS ADVISED.
FORCE MEJEURE The owner or their Agents do not accept any liability whatsoever and no compensation or other payment will be made for loss, damage or injury, death caused by Force Majeure (e.g. war, strikes, adverse weather, disasters, transportation or other events beyond the owner’s control).
