VISITORS TO THIS SITE 
The finca was purchased 20 years ago and now Araya has become a sought after area as it has wonderful views down to the ocean and there are now about 5 large detached villas in the area, so we are not isolated. The Valley is known as EL HORNITO, THE LITTLE OVEN, as the finca lies between two mountains. The two bedroom has a terrace of approx 40 metres facing the ocean and vineyard, with the pool below in the vineyard, the one bedroom has a terrace of approx 15 metres facing the orange trees, abundant with flowers and a grapevine, it has an ocean vineyard view from the bedroom, it can also be used as a two bedroom, as it has an extension into a very large bedroom for an extra 50 EUROS per week.
LONG TERM RESERVATION I.E. ONE MONTH OR MORE REDUCTION RESERVE WELL IN ADVANCE, VERY POPULAR OPTION IN THE WINTER MONTHS.
The finca lies in the mountains just 4 minutes by car, local bus which passes the entrance to the finca, or a taxi to town costs 2 euros 70 cents. There are 4 large supermarkets, a shopping centre, many international restaurants and bars along the promenade. Also restaurants in the mountainside. We are only 100 metres above sea level. The houses have been designed to achieve total privacy for our guests with large patios, all with superb ocean and vineyard views. Average temperature in tenerife, these averages seem to have gone up over the last few years with winter months at about 22 degrees centigrade daytime and summer months at about 28 degrees centigrade daytime
